Whiteknuckler Brand proudly stands behind all its products. If you would like to return or exchange a product, please read our return and exchange policies below.
Whiteknuckler Brand guarantees all its products for up to one year after purchase. In the event that your item has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no additional charge. After one year, please contact Customer Service.
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Whiteknuckler Brand is not responsible for damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, or items lost after delivery.
Whiteknuckler Brand will only honor returns and exchanges for items purchased through our website or from an authorized dealer.
We are happy to return and refund any product you are not satisfied with within 30 days of its shipping date. Items to be returned/refunded must be returned in saleable condition in order to receive a full refund. In order to initiate the return process please follow these steps:
- Have your original order number ready.
- Contact our Customer Service 24/7 by email at helpdesk@whiteknucklerbrand.
com or call us Monday – Friday 9 am-5 pm EST at 1-800-815-7010.
- When your order is approved for return/refund, we will e-mail you a return label.
- Once we receive your item in saleable condition we will issue a refund MINUS SHIPPING COSTS to your original form of payment.
We understand that occasionally an item may not fit or that you may want to exchange an item for something else. In order to best serve our customers we ask that any exchange be treated as a return and that the new, correct item be ordered separately. This system avoids the potential for the item wishing to be exchanged becoming out of stock while your exchange is in transit to us and helps us maintain oversight of our inventory.
